Walking Like a Duck :)

I was told today that I needed to take a break from running, even though I feel great. A friend said if I run everyday my knees won't be happy, then she imitated a duck walk and said that's what will happen to me. :) I don't want to walk like a duck, so I decided to take her advice and take a night off. Even though I do feel a little guilty and feel like I should do a low impact workout. But in the end I decided tonight will be a relaxing and restful Monday night.
Also thank you to everyone who has been sharing their encouraging words and words of wisdom. I truly appreciate the feed back.
