Back in the saddle

Hello everyone! I've decided to get back in the saddle and start blogging again. This time without a deadline (I think that's where I went wrong last time). My life goal is to be healthy, in shape and one day able to shop in New York & Co. To make this all happen in the last two months I started working out at a gym called M.E.L.T. In Glastonbury. My experience has been awesome, the workouts are 30 minute boot camps, checkout their website, www.meltfitnessstudio.com . It kicks my butt but makes me feel awesome afterword. I also made some healthy fruit ice cream tonight, i had fruit that needed to be used. This weekend I went raspberry and cherry picking in Glastonbury at Rose's Berry Farm www.rosesberryfarm.com and Belltown orchards www.belltownhillorchards.com . So here's the healthy ice cream reciepe. 2 cups frozen raspberries (or any fruit) 1/2 cup skim milk - more can be added if too thick 1 tsp vanilla 2-4 tsps sugar or you could a small amount of agave nectar I also added a little bit of honey. I used my Ninja blender, all ingredients were added to the blender then puréed. This reciepe made about 4 cups of ice cream. After the mixture was puréed I poured it into 4 pampered chef prep bowls www.pamperedchef.com and put them in the freezer. Does anyone have other great raspberry reciepes or berry reciepes that you could share? Can't wait to share more in the weeks to come :)
