Starting Fresh!

Weighed myself this morning and I went down .9 from last week when I didn't record my weigh in. I am also going to bed much earlier these days and I am going to try and work out before going to work. I was reading an article on the Jillian Michaels website and it said to work out in the morning because your body has been fasting for 8 hours and has no carbs to burn just fat stores. It seems to make sense and I like working out in the am, I just need to get my body out of bed at 5:30am. YUCK! But I'm going to give it a try :) Have a great week! I'll keep you posted on my morning workouts. :)
