Week Eight Results

I hit 5 pounds today!! I think I have reached this number before but I can't seem to go any lower. This week is my race and I will be focusing also on the scale to pass this stubborn set of numbers. Heading into work early today, have to run!

How can you take advantage of the cool weather? I can run easier when it's cooler, use the change to help you achieve your goals!! :)
